Tender conditions
In this bidding project, the construction of 220kV Doumen Station #1 Main Transformer, 110kV Nanhua Station #3 Main Transformer, and Sanzao Station #2 Main Transformer, a total of 3 units of the main transformer overhaul and other 19 projects have been issued by Guangdong Power Grid Co., Ltd. The first batch of production and other types of repairs in 2017 was notified by “Guangdong Electric Power Co., Ltd. [2016] No. 186†and “Notice on Release of 2017 Cost and Investment Budget†approved by Guangdian Cai [2017] No. 3, and the project construction unit was Guangdong Power Grid. Zhuhai Power Supply Bureau, a limited liability company, has its own funds for construction and the tenderer is Zhuhai Power Supply Bureau of Guangdong Power Grid Co., Ltd. The project has already met the conditions for bidding. The project is now undergoing open bidding.
2. Project overview and scope of tender
Construction Location: Zhuhai City
Construction scale: 19 projects including 220kV Doumen Station #1 Main Transformer, 110kV Nanhua Station #3 Main Transformer, Sanzao Station #2 Main Transformer and 3 Main Transformer Ontology Overhaul Projects etc. The total investment of the project is: RMB 17,240.00 million.
Planned duration: from the date of signing the contract to December 31, 2018 (the specific date of commencement of the contract shall prevail in the contract).
The scope of the tender: Construction of 19 projects including 220kV Doumen Station #1 Main Transformer, 110kV Nanhua Station #3 Main Transformer, and Sanzao Station #2 Main Transformer. (Please refer to the bidding documents for details)
2.5 Bid division: This project does not divide bids.
3. Bidder qualification requirements
1) It has an independent legal personality, holds a valid and valid business license of a corporate legal person, and the production safety license issued by the administrative competent authority is within the validity period;
2) Qualification requirements: A qualified general contractor of the power engineering construction grade or above or a professional contractor of the power transmission and transformation project, and possesses the qualifications for the installation (repairing and testing) of the power installation permit awarded by the SERC. ;
3) Requirements of the person in charge of the project: It must be a first-level registered construction engineer who has been legally registered in the bidding unit and is in effective practice, such as an electromechanical engineering or water conservancy and hydropower project, and holds an effective safety training assessment certificate (B). The person in charge of the project must be a registered person in the company (IC card);
4) No penalties for restricted bids are available for local governments and China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd., Guangdong Power Grid Co., Ltd.;
5) IC card has been processed at Guangzhou Public Resource Trading Center;
6) The project bid does not accept the consortium bid.
4. Acquisition of tender documents
4.1 Any interested bidder is invited to participate in the bid from February 15, 2017 to February 21, 2017, from 09:30 to 11:30, and from 14:00 to 16:00 (Beijing time). Same as below
