This tender project Jiajiaping Wangjiagou New Village Infrastructure Construction Project in Yanchuan County has been approved by Yanjing Xiangfa [2016] No. 475; the project owner is the Jiajiaping Town People's Government of Yanchuan County, and the source of construction funds is self-financing solution. The project has already met the conditions for tendering. It is now conducting an open tender and invited bidders with the intention to participate in the bidding.
2. Project overview and scope of tender
2.1 Construction site: Yanchuan County.
2.2 Project scale: It is planned to implement roads, squares and yard hardening of 2984m2, laying 224 meters of DN200 double-wall corrugated pipes, and supporting the construction of such foundation works as mortar masonry retaining walls and mechanical excavation.
2.3 Plan duration: 90 days.
2.4 Bidding Scope: All contents of drawings and bills of quantities.
2.5 Estimated price of the project: 1.174 million yuan.
2.6 Division of tenders: The project is divided into one bid section for construction.
3, applicant qualification requirements
3.1 Requirements for post-qualification review: The applicant has the qualifications for the third-grade or higher general contracting of municipal public works construction, and has the corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds. The project manager is qualified as a secondary professional constructor of the municipal engineering and above, and an effective safety production evaluation certificate, and has not served as the project manager of other projects under construction.
3.2 The Commonwealth does not accept bids from the Consortium.
3.3 Any provincial enterprise that has not entered basic enterprise information in Shaanxi Shaanxi Construction Market Supervision and Credit Information Integration Platform shall not participate in this tender.
4, qualification examination method
This bid adopts the method of post-qualification review to conduct qualification review on bidders. The conditions, standards, and methods for qualification assessment are detailed in the bidding documents.
5. Obtaining tender documents:
5.1 Registration must be accompanied by the company's introduction letter, legal person's power of attorney and authorized person's identity card, business license, qualification certificate, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, basic household opening permit, project project manager qualification certificate, safety assessment qualified B Cards and certificates provided by the procuratorate at or above the county level shall be provided. The above documents must be provided with the original and three copies of official seals.
5.2 The bidders are requested to provide daily bidding for the period from December 30, 2016 to January 6, 2017 (closed on holidays) from 9:30 to 12:00, and from 14:00 to 17:00.
