First, the Tender Conditions

The project has completed all necessary approval and filing procedures as required. The funding source is in place, and all conditions for conducting a tender have been met. Open bidding is now being conducted.

II. Project Overview and Scope of Tender

2.1 Project Name: 2018 Geophysical Prospecting Company's Light Vehicle Support Service for Seismic Production;

2.2 Tender Number: 2017FWGK3945;

2.3 Estimated Investment: RMB 1.584 million (including tax);

2.4 Service Period: January 15, 2018, to December 31, 2018;

2.5 Implementation Sites: Tailai, Jidong, Qinggang, Taikang, and other locations;

2.6 Scope of Bidding: Provide light vehicle (pickup truck) security services for seismic production. Based on the nature of seismic operations, pickup trucks will be stationed outside the seismic team every morning at 6:00 AM and return to base by 8:00 PM. The main responsibility involves checking the order and ensuring safety during operations. Daily working hours must not be less than 14 hours. For detailed descriptions of the scope of work, please refer to Chapter 4, "Technical Standards and Requirements," in the bidding document under tender number 2017FWGK3945.

2.7 This project is a framework agreement tender, with a maximum of two bidders and a minimum of one. If two bidders win, the workload distribution will be 60% and 40%. If only one bidder wins, the full workload will be assigned to that bidder.

III. Qualification Requirements for Bidders

3.1 This project does not accept bids from the Commonwealth;

3.2 Bidders must be legally registered entities or organizations with a valid business license, and their business scope must include general cargo transportation;

3.3 Bidders are required to hold a "Road Management Permit" and demonstrate adequate capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and financial resources. In particular, the proposed project manager must have more than three years of experience managing similar projects. The technical person in charge must have at least two years of experience in comparable projects.
