After a week of registration, the "2017 (8th) High-tech LED Golden Globe Awards" has attracted 102 participating companies and 151 products. With the data entry phase completed, the official WeChat voting for the High-tech Golden Globe Awards was launched on November 15. To make it easier for WeChat users to participate, we are here today to walk you through the detailed voting rules.
The WeChat voting will remain open until November 28, after which the system will be closed. The organizing committee urges all participants to follow the voting guidelines strictly throughout the process. To ensure fair competition, any company found using unfair methods such as vote manipulation will be immediately disqualified and their name will be publicly announced.
Since its inception in 2010, the Gaogong LED Golden Globe Awards have been held seven times, aiming to promote high-quality products, technological innovation, and brand development within the industry. It has become the most authoritative and transparent selection event in the LED sector, often referred to as the “LED Oscars.â€
Due to the significant role that WeChat votes play—accounting for 50% of the final scores—the organizing committee will carefully review each vote. Votes that do not meet the criteria will be considered invalid.
The committee has clearly outlined the following situations that will result in invalid votes:
1. Employees voting for their own company.
2. Companies not related to the LED lighting industry chain.
3. Incorrect or incomplete registration information.
4. Companies that engage in activities to discourage valid voting may also be disqualified.

1. First, follow the High-tech LED WeChat official account.
2. Tap on the bottom menu, select “Golden Globe Awards,†then choose “Golden Ball Award Vote.â€
3. Alternatively, click on the pop-up message, read the article, and enter the voting area.
4. Click on the category you wish to vote for: Annual Innovation Technology Award, Annual Innovation Product Award, or Annual Supply Chain Customer Trust Brand Award.
5. Find the specific company or product you want to vote for and click to cast your vote.
6. Fill in your voting details. Each person can vote once per product within 24 hours.
After the voting deadline, the organizing committee will conduct a thorough review, removing any invalid votes. The final results will be announced by November 30. The top three finalists in each category will be officially revealed through the Gaogong LED website and WeChat official account.
