Chip: The chip is the core device in the lamp bead, also called "wafer", which is used to illuminate. Common chips in the market are: USA: CREE , Bridgelux; Japan: Nichia, Toyota Synthetic; Osram, Germany; Taiwan: Jingyuan, Keli (Chimei Group), Guang Jia, Taigu, Guanghong, New Century, Yiguang, Qihong, Guanglei; Mainland China: Xiamen Sanan, Shanghai Blu-ray, Shilan Mingxin, Dalian Lumei.......... Glue: Silicone resin: The advantage of this glue-packed lamp bead is that it has good heat dissipation performance and less light decay. The disadvantage is that the wire connecting the chip is easily broken and the price is relatively higher. Epoxy resin: the advantages of this glue package lamp bead The cost is low, the disadvantage is that the heat dissipation performance is poor, the light decay is greater, and the lamp beads are prone to yellowing. The well-known silicone glue brands on the market are: Dow Corning, Shin-Etsu Chemical
Phosphor: The more famous phosphor on the market is: Intermec, blue light + yellow phosphor to stimulate white light.
Wire: A wire that connects a chip and a 2-terminal conductive pin, called a wire. Basically, the wires are made of 0.999 pure gold wire, and the diameter is divided into: 0.8 mil, 1.0 mil. There are also some low-cost manufacturers who use copper-doped alloy wires. However, the quality will be worse, because the overcurrent and heat conduction capability of the gold wire is very high, and the heat can be conducted to the negative electrode through the gold wire in time. Moreover, the tensile properties of the gold wire are stronger, and it is not easy to cause a dead lamp due to the breakage of the gold wire.
