Quota management of elevator inspection

Quota management of elevator inspection

According to the provisions of Circular 13 of the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision, elevators that have been newly installed, overhauled, and renovated, as well as elevators that have been used for one year, must undergo a safety inspection and can only be used after they have been qualified. However, due to the increasing number of elevators, the inspection unit arranges business personnel for the elevator business is not familiar enough, so it is difficult to arrange inspection tasks according to quality and quantity, which often results in a mismatch in the configuration of inspection personnel and inspection tasks.

Quality control is the whole process control of elevator inspection. During the control process, we often hear the following reflection: "I check 7 or 8 units per day, and require that each inspection item cannot be missed, and time is too late, so it can only be Check fewer items, if you must ensure that each inspection item is not missed, you can only check 2-3 units a day at most. " It can be seen from this that the quality and quantity of the inspection are a contradiction. "Quality" inspectors who talk about elevator inspection often use quantity as a block and cut cards. When talking about "quantity", they use quality as a block and cut cards. How to overcome this contradiction and ensure that the elevator inspection is carried out smoothly? It is very necessary to measure the quota of elevator inspection work hours. The following ideas are only used as reference for the inspection department to manage the quota of elevator inspection.

1. Several stages of elevator inspection (setting: the working hours of each stage are T1-T5)

1. Work before elevator inspection (T1)

Prepare for inspection, bring the necessary inspection tools, inspect the instrumentation and check whether the intact rate and calibration time are within the validity period. Wear labor protection equipment (clothes, hats, shoes), analyze the complexity of the elevator, and make certain technical preparations (drawings, etc.).

2. On-site inspection (T2)

According to the elevator inspection and inspection procedures and inspection report requirements of the National Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, according to the elevator inspection process: confirm the inspection conditions → review the documents → on-site static and dynamic inspection → functional test → issue a rectification notice → judgment conclusion → fill in the original record .

3. On-site feedback (T3)

The inspector shall conduct a comprehensive analysis based on the problems existing in the inspection, orally, provide feedback to the relevant departments of the enterprise and the installation and maintenance personnel in a very popular manner, and request that the rectification project be completed on time, and make explanations, explanations, and publicity work (such as triangle Key management, regulations on the use of lock release devices, etc.), finally formally delivered to the other party in a form of rectification order, copied to the maintenance and installation unit, and asked the other party to sign and seal, and our archives as a certificate.

4. Completion of inspection report (T4)

After the inspection is completed, the inspector shall promptly complete the report according to the stipulated requirements, and promptly submit the report to the quality engineer for review. After passing the review, the technical person in charge shall sign it and hand it over to the other party in time.

5. Technical quality feedback (T5)

â‘  If there are major key items that fail in the acceptance, or more than eight general items fail, a re-inspection must be arranged to determine.

â‘¡ If the technical department of the acceptance unit cannot make a decision, if there are serious safety hazards, they should immediately report to the Special Equipment Supervision Office of the relevant Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau in writing, wait for the instructions, and make a decision.

2. Two methods of calculating working hours quota

Due to the wide variety of elevators, not a single product, different complexity factors, and different on-site conditions, it is difficult to make uniform regulations, so only experienced inspectors can be asked to calculate according to the actual situation.

1. Estimation method

According to the current general level of inspectors, the tentative acceptance of a passenger and cargo elevator with 10 stations, 10 doors and 10 floors and a load of 1 ton will take approximately the following time:

T1 = 15 minutes T2 = 90 minutes T3 = 15 minutes T4 = 15 minutes

T5 = 15 minutes (Because T5 is less, the average value is taken. Generally, one of the 10 units needs re-inspection, and one of the 50 units needs technical feedback to solve. minute)

T = T1 + T2 + T3 + T4 + T5 = 2 hours and 30 minutes

In other words, it takes 2 hours and 30 minutes to test a ladder for 2 people

2. On-site measurement method

Due to the operability of the inspection quota, it must be implemented in a large range after confirmation. Therefore, the familiarity of the inspectors should also be considered. After accumulating and dividing by the number of inspectors, the average time for each inspector to check a ladder can be obtained. Two groups of inspectors can also be selected, one group is better in technology, the other is better in proficiency, and the other is less proficient. The time required to accumulate the five stages is TA and TB respectively, and then take the average value T = (TA + TB) / 2. Using this time value as a base, you can perform quota management. We have done a lot of work in this regard, and the total time calculated according to the item-by-item test is almost the same as the estimate

3. Issues to be explained

1. Different environment

Due to different elevator floors, different tonnages, different types of elevators, and the time required for inspection is also different, we must treat them separately, and different coefficients determine the total time for various types of elevator acceptance.

â‘  Different floors

As the number of landings increases, it will inevitably increase the time required to inspect and check the door lock, and the time it takes to inspect the wire rope and even the compensation chain, so it must be considered. According to the actual measurement, the following ratio is better. Set the time required to test the vertical elevator of 10 stations and 10 doors with a load of 1 ton as T, and let K be the landing coefficient.

2) Different tonnage

There are various tonnages of elevators. According to practical experience, tonnages are basically irrelevant to difficulty. Therefore, the coefficient problem is not considered, because although the tonnage is large, it may take more time to carry pressure, but relatively speaking, the car roof is spacious and the operation is relatively It is convenient, and the elevators with large tonnage generally have more freight elevators and fewer safety links, so the coefficient problem is not considered.

3) Different types of ladders (96 vertical elevators accepted, only 40 hydraulic elevators accepted, only 25 miscellaneous ladders)

Therefore, the coefficient should also be considered, and let C be the ladder type coefficient to test the time required for a 10-station 10-door load capacity of 1 ton for passenger and cargo ladders as T.

â‘  There are few landings in hydraulic elevators. The difficulty of straight-top and side-top is slightly different. It is recommended that straight-top C be 0.8 and side-top C 1.

â‘¡ The debris ladder generally has few landings and the control is very simple, it is recommended to take C as 0.5

That is debris t = 0.5T

â‘¢The sightseeing ladder is more complicated than the ordinary ladder, it is recommended that C take 1.2, that is t = 1.2T

The comprehensive list is as follows

If the above estimation method conforms to the actual situation of the unit, it can be used as the basis for the inspection of the working hours quota of the vertical elevator after the collective discussion is revised according to the actual situation of each unit.

In addition, there are many special features of elevators. For example, some elevators have one machine room, some have one machine room, and some are of the same type. Some elevators have no access to the machine room. There are differences. These problems cannot be included in the calculation of working hours quotas. They can only be considered when sorting business. For example: multiple ladders in the same machine room, multiple units of the same model, etc. Do some floating and so on.

The implementation of the quota management method is helpful for inspection quality control and can also be used as a basis for bonus distribution. How to reasonably manage the quota of elevator inspection working hours, the new subject faced by the majority of elevator inspection units here, this article hopes to play a role.
