SGMICRO's latest SGM3127 is a 4-channel white light driver for low-dropout mode driving small and medium-sized LCD backlight LEDs, which helps customers simplify product backlight design and reduce system cost. The SGM3127 is fully compatible with the RT9300. This product can be widely used in mobile phones, GPS, and consumer electronics.
SGM3127 is a new low-dropout mode white LED lamp driven by Shengbang Microelectronics. Compared with the existing products on the market, the SGM3127 has been fully improved in performance. The differential pressure is reduced to 30mV under 30mA current, which can perfectly support 4. The LEDs operate stably at low battery voltages (<3.5V), operating voltages are 2.5 to 5.5V, and current errors between channels are less than 5%, enabling higher channel brightness matching. Support PWM dimming, the recommended frequency is 200Hz ~ 10kHz, the startup time is less than 20μs, and the quiescent current is less than 1μA in shutdown mode, which can fully satisfy the application of various portable products.
SGM3127 is a pollution-free, lead-free environmentally friendly product with an extended industrial temperature range of C40°C to +85°C in a SOT-23-6L package.
The SGM3127 has been in volume production in the first quarter of 2009, with a large order cycle of 4-6 weeks.
