According to the agreement, the three parties will jointly establish Tangshan City (Caofeidian) Semiconductor Lighting Industrialization Co., Ltd. in Caofeidian Industrial Zone. The company's specific business includes: construction of LED technology research and development, testing base and production, sales, engineering and service base. The project is expected to be put into operation in the first half of 2011, with an annual output value of more than 50 million yuan. By 2012, the annual output value will be 100 million yuan and the profit and tax will be 30 million yuan.
It is understood that Tangshan City (Caofeidian) semiconductor lighting industrialization company is the first high-growth small and medium-sized technology enterprise to settle in Caofeidian high-tech industrial enterprise accelerator, which will greatly promote the development of Caofeidian LED industry.
