The LED lighting system listed this time is mainly composed of LED lighting device "LEDStickLight", which consists of DC12V DC power supply system "SE-RAIL" installed on the merchandise display rack and AC adapter that converts AC (AC) 100V power supply into DC12V. .
Compared with the original fluorescent lighting, LEDStickLight can reduce power consumption by about 50% and ensure a life of about 5 times. For example, a display rack (W900) with a width of 900 mm has a power consumption of 13 W and a life of more than 40,000 hours. The W900 uses a common fluorescent lamp with a power consumption of 23W and a life of 5000 to 8000 hours.
LEDStickLight is available in three light source colors (Twilight ND, Twilight EN and Bulb EL) and three lengths (W600, W900 and W1200). For the price of LEDStickLight, W600 is used for 9765 yen, W900 for 13335 yen, and W1200 for 16800 yen. The company's goal is to achieve sales of 100 million yen in fiscal year 2009.
The resin-shaped SE-RAIL is used to power LED lighting. The SE-RAIL can be mounted vertically on a post inside the display rack to provide 12V power for LED lighting that is converted to DC using an AC adapter. SE-RAIL can supply up to 15A of current.
Kokuyo Shouduya was launched in August 2008 to drive the "E-RAIL" DC power supply system for LED lighting equipment and electronic display advertising equipment. By adding LED lighting, the company expects that the store display rack will develop into DC power supply in the next two to three years.
