In order to promote the rapid development of Changsha's photovoltaic industry, promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial cluster structure, and enhance industrial competitiveness, Changsha Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government decided to establish Changsha Photovoltaic Industrial Base in Shibuya, Changsha High-tech Zone. The planned area of ​​the base is about 236 hectares, including 215 hectares of industrial land. Focus on the layout and production of solar wafers, cell sheets, battery assemblies and modules, energy storage and application products, photovoltaic power generation systems, etc.; packaging and production of LED epitaxial chips and lighting equipment, display equipment and various application products; Research and development and production of important equipment and equipment in the industrial chain. Changsha High-tech Zone will introduce a series of preferential policies to support the development of photovoltaic industry, and provide strong support in project land use, loan financing, technology introduction, etc., attracting a large number of domestic and foreign PV product R&D and production enterprises to gather in Shibuya, making it a new type of Changsha. The growth of industrialization.

On November 6th, the CLP 48 (China Electronics Technology Group No. 48 Research Institute) PV industry project with a total investment of 800 million yuan will form a 100MW photovoltaic industry chain with an estimated output value of 10 billion yuan. 48 is the leading R&D and production unit of solar photovoltaic equipment in China. It has successfully developed key technologies such as cleaning machine, diffusion furnace, PECVD, etching machine, high and low temperature sintering furnace, single crystal furnace, polycrystalline ingot furnace and multi-wire cutting machine. Equipment, currently 48 photovoltaic equipment accounts for nearly 85% of the domestic solar photovoltaic equipment market share, has become the leading enterprise in solar photovoltaic industry equipment manufacturing. In recent years, CLP 48 has seized the opportunity of the rapid development of the world's solar cell industry, and has taken advantage of its advantages in equipment, technology and talents to participate in the field of solar cell production. In 2008, 48 solar cell production capacity will exceed 225MW. In the next three years, the capacity of 48 crystalline silicon solar photovoltaic cells will reach more than 500MW.

At the same time, the Shenzhou Photovoltaic Solar Cell Project was also signed. The project is jointly funded by Changsha Xinda Investment Co., Ltd., Hunan Yingtai Investment Real Estate Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Shunda Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Shenzhou Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The total investment of the project is 400 million yuan, and 8 25MW solar energy will be built. The production line of battery chips will reach more than 5 billion yuan after production.

Advantages of Permanent Magnet DC Motor or PMDC Motor

PMDC motor have some advantages over other types of DC motors. They are :
    1. No need of field excitation arrangement.
    2. No input power in consumed for excitation which improve efficiency of DC motor.
    3. No field coil hence space for field coil is saved which reduces the overall size of the motor.
    4. Cheaper and economical for fractional kW rated applications.

Disadvantages of Permanent Magnet DC Motor or PMDC Motor

    1. In this case, the armature reaction of DC motor cannot be compensated hence the magnetic strength of the field may get weak due to demagnetizing effect armature reaction.
    2. There is also a chance of getting the poles permanently demagnetized (partial) due to excessive armature current during starting, reversal and overloading condition of the motor.
    3. Another major disadvantage of PMDC motor is that, the field in the air gap is fixed and limited and it cannot be controlled externally. Therefore, very efficient speed control of DC motor in this type of motor is difficult.
