Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) Converter and Charger Solutions

The AC/DC Charger can be either external to the vehicle or embedded inside the vehicle. The charger is connected to the battery management system. The system ensures that the battery unit is properly charged until high voltage (HV) requirements are met. HV batteries are essential for driving traction motors during operation. It can also supply 12V to other automotive modules of the car via a converter. Depending on the charging mode (slow, medium or fast charging) and technology (wired or wireless), the solution may vary.

Target applications: chargers, converters, electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles
