6. Qualification requirements for bidders:
The bidder shall also meet the following corresponding requirements:
(1) Having independent legal personality and having the ability to perform contracts;
(2) Only accept bids from manufacturers;
(3) Have a sound quality assurance system;
(4) The financial status shall provide the audited financial statements of the bidder in the last three years (2006-2008), wherein the annual turnover in the last three years shall not be less than five times the amount of the bid; the bidder shall provide the products in the last three years. List of sales performance;
(5) Provide proof of the successful operation of at least three similar equipment issued by users in the past three years (2006-2008);
(6) The bidder is required to register a capital of more than 5 million yuan;
(7) The bidding products have 3C compulsory certification and have passed the national quality management system certification.
The original copy of the business license is carried at the time of bidding.
7. Price of bidding documents: RMB 800 per set, the tenders will not be refunded after they are sold.
