CITE2014: Heavyweights gather
On the afternoon of April 10, 2014, the second China Electronic Information Expo was held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. The forum was hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, co-organized by the China Electronic Information Industry Development Research Institute and organized by the China Electronics News Agency. Vice Minister Liu Lihua of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Wu Yihuan, Deputy Mayor of Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, attended the summit and delivered speeches. Focusing on the theme of “Promoting Information Consumption and Leading to Transformation and Upgrading”, Vice Governor Mao Guanglie of the People’s Government of Zhejiang Province, Mu Huaiopen, Director of the Law Department of the People’s Bank of China, Luo Wen, Dean of China Electronic Information Industry Development Institute, and from Konka, Tencent Representatives of leading companies in the electronic information field such as Alibaba, HKUST, and IBM made keynote speeches. The meeting was chaired by Ding Wenwu, Director of the Electronic Information Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The following is a splendid view of ten speakers.
Liu Lihua: In the history of human technological development, there has never been a technology like information technology. The pace of innovation is so rapid, the development energy is so persistent, and the economic and social influence is so great. What needs special attention is that, to this day, the pace of innovation in hardware, software, content, and services in the information technology field is still rapid, and the characteristics of convergence, integration, intelligence, and green are becoming more prominent, leading to a new wave of technological innovation. The important driving force. The interaction between information technology and manufacturing technology has promoted the development of smart manufacturing. The new generation of information technology and energy technologies are deeply integrated to promote breakthroughs in smart grid, solar power generation, and decentralized off-grid power generation technologies. The integration of information technology and material technology has promoted significant progress in areas such as nanocomposites. At present, for our country, we must speed up the transfer of structure, create an upgraded version of China's economy, vigorously develop a new generation of information technology industry, and give full play to the leading and supporting role of information technology in economic transformation and upgrading. The task is very urgent. The development of information technology is conducive to accelerating the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, fostering new economic growth points, and fostering new consumer hot spots.
Wu Yihuan: Shenzhen is focusing on enhancing innovation capabilities, introducing a new generation of information technology industry development plans and policies, and continuously improving the development and sustainability of new generations of strategic emerging industries such as information technology. In 2013, the growth value of the new generation of information technology industry in Shenzhen reached 218.03 billion yuan, accounting for 38.3% of the added value of industries above designated size, and the output value of the electronic information industry reached 1243.1 billion yuan, accounting for 7 points of the revenue of electronic information manufacturing industries above the national scale. one. Last year, Shenzhen’s total R&D investment in GDP accounted for 4% of GDP. The fourth-generation mobile communications TD-LTE technology leads the world. Shenzhen enterprises have won the first LTE commercial contract in the world.
Mao Guanglie: The Internet of Things is called the third wave of the development of the world's information industry following the computer and the Internet. Global giants such as Cisco and Google are all transitioning from the Internet to the Internet of Things. Since last year, China has proposed the creation of a powerful nation of the Internet, and the State Council has issued opinions on promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the Internet of Things, and has also convened a nationwide conference to make arrangements. It can be seen that the development of the Internet of Things industry is accelerating globally. To strengthen the industry chain of the Internet of Things, I think we must pay attention to the "four short boards." I. Innovative design industries that provide services for the integration of business “individualization” and in-depth integration of equipment, and II. To develop dedicated electronic information industries such as core chips, key components, operating system software, etc.; 3. Pay attention to the development of online real-time Visual positioning and measurement equipment industry; Fourth, we must develop cloud services and cloud engineering industry.
Mu Huai-peng: We must adhere to the principle of encouraging proper regulation of Internet finance innovation, controlling innovation mistakes and risks within a predictable and controllable range, and guarding against the bottom line of systemic regional financial risks. Internet finance is essentially financial. It is necessary to guard against all the risks that financial institutions should guard against. It is recommended that Internet finance be categorized and supervised. Innovation should pay attention to safety at the same time. At the same time, Internet finance should pay attention to serving the real economy. The People's Bank of China is formulating guidelines on the healthy development of Internet finance. At the same time, the People's Bank of China is working with relevant agencies to prepare for the China Internet Finance Association.
Luo Wen: There are four new trends in the development of China's information consumption: the rapid expansion of consumer demand, hot spots continue to emerge; the consumption structure continues to adjust, the proportion of content and services increase; consumer behavior is more diverse, interactive participation will become the mainstream; consumption patterns are increasingly mobilized Smart terminals have become important channels. The information industry is presenting new features in which product innovation and business model innovation are intertwined, mutually influenced, and mutually promoted. Enterprises obtain market space through product innovation and provide users with richer services and personalized experiences through business model innovation, which translates product innovation into real value. Information consumption provides new ideas for service-oriented business model innovation. The current service development has become a basic trend in the development of the software industry. Users' in-depth participation in business model innovation has become an important means to realize and promote the service of the software industry. For today's users, it is no longer a passive recipient of products. Instead, it is deeply involved in the development process of products and services, inspires the demand, tests the service through experience, and continuously promotes the transformation and upgrading of the industry.
Liu Fengxi: It is precisely because of the common development of the Internet and smart TV that the television has finally changed from a display terminal that passively receives content to a smart terminal that can walk freely. The Internet has become the strongest driving force for the rapid innovation and transformation of this industry. Konka's "Easy Strategy" includes Easy Terminal and Easy Platform. Ease platform is both open to content and application providers and open to peers. Create an easy platform by stopping the development of non-smart TVs and finding partners. The goal and direction set by Konka is to create China's first smart TV Internet operating platform. When we accumulate enough users, the services and content we can provide to users can give us a new opportunity to re-run ourselves.
Liu Yong: Several factors infiltrating the integration of the Internet and traditional industries: breaking information asymmetry; precision, customization and personalization; openness, transparency, openness and innovation; and low cost. At present, all walks of life have entered the "Internet +" era. Tencent started its new era of mobile internet with WeChat as a new starting point. Tencent is still investing heavily in building a taxi, with a daily turnover of 5 million yuan, a transaction volume of 100 million yuan, and a success rate of more than 90%.
Wang Jian: When we were doing clouds on the first day, Ma Yun told me one thing. What is our goal? The goal is to grow a company bigger than Taobao on the cloud. Today's goal has not been achieved, but the cloud ecology that we are doing, the value we generate, and the goal are far greater than this. We really think that if we want to do an industry in China, we must avoid one thing. When you haven't figured out this matter yet, you'll just do it. At the same time, when you haven't figured it out yet, it's actually withdrawn. China's industry has experienced such a thing in many cases. The hardest thing in China is to let Chinese developers or companies use the platform of a Chinese company. This is the most difficult and trust issue. China does not have software outsourcing, only software manpower outsourcing. The result is that the software does not have two words, and it has become manpower outsourcing. This is my own feeling.
Liu Qingfeng: Import and big data are the key to promoting information consumption. Global PC sales continue to decline. The Internet TV industry is surging. The human-computer interaction revolution leads the industry. With the arrival of the mobile Internet era, voice interaction is becoming the mainstream of smart phones and tablet computers. In this way, "touching mode + voice" is becoming the core of the third generation of human-computer interaction.
Qian Daqun: Everyone is talking about big data. IBM's observation is that big data has become a company or an industry or is a very important and important natural resource of a country. IBM's view is that data is becoming a new natural resource and lays the foundation for the company's competitive advantage; cloud computing is being transformed from IT and business processes to digital services to promote the transformation of business models; we are talking about social, mobile, data, and one company. The influence of words, individuals, and customers is on the rise. More importantly, it is a successful company and organization. They use this trend for his own use, making it possible to establish a better interaction with his customers or employees and make the interaction mechanism. You can be motivated to do things that other companies cannot do before they can succeed.
