2. At the time of acceptance, check whether the product has a valid mining product safety mark and product ex-factory certificate. The relevant information reflected on the product nameplate and the contents marked in the safety sign certificate (including product name, specification model, safety mark number, The production unit and address are consistent. The safety mark certificate indicates whether the safety parts of the safety mark are valid, and whether the product safety warning plate is complete, clear and complete.

3. Explosion-proof electrical equipment with a volume greater than 2000cm3 and a shell material of cast iron shall not be used for mining work surfaces.

4. Check the product explosion-proof parameters before going down the well: the length of the explosion-proof surface, the roughness of the explosion-proof surface, and the gap of the explosion-proof surface (the gap of the explosion-proof surface should be inspected and measured after the cover is closed or after the door is closed), the clearance , creepage distance (under the most severe conditions, whether the wiring still meets the requirements), the introduction device (whether the rubber ring meets the requirements), etc., meet the requirements before the well can be put into use.

5. Any product that has internal or external grounding must be grounded properly.

6. For electrical equipment with protection function, the protection setting value shall be adjusted according to the parameters required by the product specification.
