After two years of independent research and development, Dongwei Semiconductor has obtained a patent of a new generation of high-voltage super junction technology, which improves the power conversion efficiency of the gold-oxygen half-field effect transistor, and has the advantages of low dynamic loss and low heat generation, ensuring stable operation of the charging pile. heat.
