STG 2000 modules are the lastest evolution of the STG range of IDC (Insulation Displacement Contact) modules that can be snapped onto standard backmount frames (European 8-/10 pair, 16 mm or 14 mm pitch profile are available upon request). Wire termination and wire removal are easily operated with Termination Tool SOR OC. Cables are managed from the rear and jumpers from the side. The base of the module offers cable and jumper strain relief facilities.

 Straight IDC technology offers reliable and outstanding performance like multiple retermination, wire retention and gas-tight connection. The module can connect solid copper conductors in a range of diameters from 26 AWG (0.4mm) to 20 AWG (0.8mm) with a maximum insulation sheath of 15 AWG (1.5mm).
