[Application] Dual voltage monitoring chip with watchdog and 4K EEPROM

[Performance Parameters]
Available in SOIC-14 and TSSOP-14 packages. Operating voltage ranges from 2.7V to 5.5V.
Features:
1. Dual voltage monitoring - three standard reset thresholds: 4.6V/2.9V, 4.6V/2.6V, 2.9V/1.6V. The reset threshold voltage can be programmed down to 0.9V. Adjustable reset threshold voltage with special programming timing. Reset becomes effective at VCC=1V. Can monitor two voltages or detect power failure.
2. Backup power switching function.
3. Supply current for VOUT: 5mA~50mA for VCC, 250μA for VBAT.
4. Failure detection register.
5. Optional power-on reset output time: 0.05s, 0.2s, 0.4s, 0.8s.
6. Optional watchdog reset period: 25ms, 200ms, 1.4s, off.
7. Manual reset input.
8. Ultra-low power CMOS process:
- Standby current typical value when watchdog timer is on: 25μA.
- Standby current typical value when watchdog timer is off: 6μA.
- Standby current typical value in standby battery mode: 1μA.
9. 4K-bit EEPROM:
- 16-byte page write mode.
- Typical write cycle time: 5ms.
10. Write protection function:
- Power-on/power-down protection circuit.
- Block protection.
11. 400kHz two-wire interface compatible with I²C.
