Luminus Devices, Inc., Billerica, Mass., a solid-state lighting source for high-definition TV, video, projector, aerospace display and lighting systems, has announced a new PhlatLight (Photonic Lattice) LED with standard SMT Package. The SBT-16 chipset delivers greater efficiency and performance for personal or ultra-portable projectors (between 150 and 400 cm 3 ).
