The “Opinions on Accelerating the Promotion and Application of Photovoltaic Industry for Promoting the Development of Photovoltaic Industry” (hereinafter referred to as the “Opinion”) of Hefei City, 11th, is to build China's first city of photovoltaics. At the same time, since 2014, the two-tier financial subsidy standard for Hefei City has been raised to 3 yuan/watt, and the maximum single-income allowance has not exceeded 5 kilowatts.

The "Opinions" proposes that in the next few years, the four major projects of photovoltaic village-to-rural development, "100 villages to promote poverty, 10,000 households to help the poor, 10,000 roofs and 10,000 acres of bases" will be implemented, and photovoltaic applications will be promoted in urbanization to create "China's first city for photovoltaic applications." .

According to the goals of Hefei City, by 2018, the city will build 100 beautiful demonstration villages for photovoltaic applications, 1,000 rural photovoltaic poverty alleviation families, 10,000 rural household distributed photovoltaic power stations, and 10,000 mu of photovoltaic facility agricultural (fishery) bases. Hefei City also requires that photovoltaic power stations must be built in the construction of new public buildings and factory buildings with a roof area of ​​over 5,000 square meters. By 2015, Hefei City has established more than 200 solar photovoltaic thermal building integration projects, installed more than 10,000 sets of solar photovoltaic street lamps and landscape lamps, installed more than 500MW of photovoltaic power plants, and output value of photovoltaic industry exceeded 30 billion yuan.
