The LED market demand has increased, prompting the birth of a new factory

Even the most pessimistic analysts can't help but paint a blueprint for the future of LEDs. This is because the TV backlight market has set off the first wave, and then the replacement of general lighting has brought hope. They think this is the driving force for the future LED market. This expected large demand has prompted some LED manufacturers (such as SemiLEDs) to increase production scale, and also attracted some semiconductor companies to join as newcomers, such as TSMC and De Core Nanosemiconductor.

Previously, SemiLEDs revealed some details of the plant. The company, headquartered in Boise, Idaho, will build LED chips and high-power LED chip factories in Nanhai, Foshan, Guangdong. This new company is called Xurui Optoelectronics.

TSMC has just broken the ground to build its first LED factory in Taiwan's Hsinchu Science Park. TSMC is a leading IC foundry and has reason to believe that it is turning to the professionalism of LED manufacturing. TSMC's new LED factory will be put into production in the first quarter of 2011.

De Core Nano Semiconductors is a new company that has been spun off from De Core Technologies, which focuses on AlInGaN wide bandgap materials, while the new company will focus on white LEDs based on crystal and nanoheterostructures. It is reported that De core will invest about 200 million US dollars to build this LED factory in Gujarat, India. (LEDC MH feed)

Remarks: if in front of type of fire retardant silicon rubber cable adds ZR, if in front of type of flame retardant silicon rubber cable adds ZR, copper wire in conductor line core may be tin electroplating.
